Our service is done the old-fashioned way - by making house calls within our service area. These calls will be executed professionally and accurately from start to finish. You and your home will be treated with respect and everything will look the same (or better) after we leave as it did before we got there.

Watters Plumbing Inc. service technicians are fully licensed, background checked, insured, and knowledgeable. We service any and all kinds of plumbing products with our regular service hours and emergency service, 365 days a year.

A great feature of Watters Plumbing Inc. service is our UPFRONT PRICING. Simply stated, there is a single fee to get the service tech and truck to your home. From there, the problem is diagnosed and a flat price is given. Whether work continues at that point is entirely up to you.

To go one step further in customer service, Watters has THE DIAMOND CLUB available to our customers. A diamond is known for its strength, durability, value, and longevity. With membership to our Diamond Club, you receive valuable, peace-of mind discounted support, service, and sales. If a member has a problem occur, they go to the top of our service list and receive preferred service and discounted rates.

1. $200 in Free service! -- Each year your home receives a thorough inspection of it's plumbing.

• All toilets are checked and tested.
• All faucets are tested and must pass a rigid "Performance Test".
• All exposed water lines are checked for damage.
• All piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked.
• All drains are checked above and below sinks for leaks and clogs.
• Your washing machine hoses and valves are checked and tested.
• Your water heater is checked for safety, leaks and signs of corrosion.

2. You go to The Front Of The Line!

As a member of "Diamond Service", you'll go to the top of our appointment book if you ever need plumbing service. You'll never wait more than 2 hours for our team of experts to arrive at your home. (1-hour service from 8am to 5pm and 2-hour service from 5pm to 8am)

3. You get a 10% discount on repairs!

As a member of "Diamond Service", you'll have the opportunity to take advantage of any unadvertised specials we offer. What's more, you get a 10% discount should you ever need us for any plumbing repair. You also receive a full 2 year guarantee on any and all repairs and replacements.

4. Your membership is Free for 30 months!

For example: If you have been a member for two years, you will have accumulated $190.00.
