Building a home from the ground up is an experience in itself. Watters can help you with your plumbing needs through every stage of the building experience. Beginning with the design stage of your home through complete kitchen and bath installations.  We have the expertise to draw out an integrated pipe run that benefits you most in your new home, including gas runs, all the way through assisting you in selection of sinks, toilets, baths, showers, to complete kitchen or bath ensembles

Some general contractors we work with in Northeast Wisconsin are Andrew Homes, Schmidt Bros., Griffin Builders, and Lexington Homes (just to name a few). Each new home is unique and is treated as such. A free estimate using standard products goes out for every plan that comes through our doors. Once the proposal is accepted, the homeowner has a personal consultation where each item is discussed and shown to them. Now, the owner of a new home can even test out products in our new showroom. Changes can be made at this point and the effect that that change has to their bottom line of the estimate is known immediately. Product knowledge and products are always current.

Dave Ebben, the residential "team leader," is a licensed Wisconsin journeyman plumber with many hours of field experience. He will guide and direct you as you make your plumbing decisions. The Electrical Division

Electrical work is the foundation to any home. People once thought electrical work only entailed wiring for outlets, lights, and switches. That is definitely not true today.

Today we still design, install, and maintain outlets, lights, and switches but now we are also able to bring you the latest and greatest in the way of electrical technology. We design and install remote sensing systems which turn on designated yard and/or home lights the moment something enters the driveway. We design and build remote home management systems allowing an owner to turn up the heat in a cabin from a desktop computer in their office or home. We create custom systems such as the system created for someone who wanted to open windows in their home. . before they got there!

With the computer age comes smart homes – homes that are wired for convenience and utility. Imagine requesting a bath at a certain temperature, starting the bath at a specific time and doing so from your office! Or, as you arrive, lights begin to turn on and the home temperature automatically turns up, knowing you are home!

The Carpentry Division
Carpentry work includes cabinetry, floors, walls, ceilings, windows and more. We have our own carpenters because when we design an installation project it may require adjustments to the walls or other existing structure to accommodate all kinds of new fixtures.

As an example, one of our customers was wheel-chair bound. He wanted a bathroom that would meet his needs. One of the new items was a roll-in shower. After being shown all the possibilities by our showroom designer, he chose the fixtures and we arranged an in-home inspection of the existing space. Our recommendation was to drop the floor under the shower to accommodate the roll-in feature of the new shower. That is an example of what the carpentry team does for a client.

A client may want a totally new bath layout that includes raising a ceiling to roof height and adding a skylight above a new shower to be installed. Our carpenters are the team to do the work. We work closely with the Watters plumbing and electrical teams to make sure all structural changes are completed according to the project timeline for completion of a job. We are in constant communication between the teams and client throughout the building process. Doing so provides the client with the most cost-effective use of our time and your dollars!
